The joys of kid mentality-- my Sarah (9 yrs) got her metal expander removed from ortho today after 8 months- she has one week until next phase of ortho starts and she asked me if she can have gum at least 5 times a day ( sugar free of course) since she hadn't had in so long and ends again in one week! She's a riot and of course, we indulged in gum immediately after ortho appt! Simple joys of being 9-- thinking gum is better than food! Love you Sar-Bear!
